How it works

Discovery: We start with you. We spend time developing a comprehensive picture of your relationships with your stakeholders through a planning process called stakeholder mapping.

Implementation: We facilitate discussions through a variety of methods, manage outreach, and collect insights.

Continuous Evaluation & Mitigation: Often either left out completely or delayed until the final report-out, we focus on continuous evaluation throughout the project and mitigate for challenges and opportunities.
